What is the problem the bosses facing in providing job in overseas correspondent?

Many more overseas correspondents of several media situated in gulf areas are serving from Dhaka, a capital city of Bangladesh. Nobody feels no problem, they are my colleagues and they are usually corresponding and exchanging views to me before sending their respective dispatch.
