One good choice might be Qatar taking in consideration the World Cup with they would host in2022 (if FIFA doesn't change it's mind) that means that until2022 the investition, tourism will increase so there will be a demand for Luxury Products on their markets. Plus that Qatar has the most millionaires per1000 people (175) so the spending power is high in Qatar.
