Why do you think negotiation skills training is needed in business?

Negotiations are the backbone to any business deal or transaction and hence is a very critical skill to be acquired and honed

Because negotiation is the backbone for any business. 

I would say of course because it enhances your way of dealing with others as well for all the added advantage you get from external parties.
