In my opinion it is no. It is just a positive mind set that helps one to workout on a reguler basis. And any stop watch to moniter the time and repetetions is good enough.

For a lot people yes! Fitness tracking watches are very much worth the investment. They have a lot of functions such as counting steps, monitoring sleep, check vitals.. and many more depending on the price tag of course. But these watches are not only about functionality.. they tend to motivate the person wearing the watch to be more active and just get excited on hitting specific numbers. It pushes you to think that way.

Yes it's a good idea it can improve the athlete ability and it can reduce the risk of injury by showing the athlete statistiques of his fitness exercices and send him notifications to show him his stat on realtime

Actually It's deppend. By using a fitness gear that can help you to be in your track. But If you don't follow the proper nutrition plan and proper workout plan then whichever fitness gear your brought or not that will not work on you.
