I would say there needs to be a lot of search online. There are many forums that brings buyers and seller from all around the world. eg. go4WorldBusiness. You need to register yourself to the specific thing you will be trading in and you get the leads you need. Secondly, you need to visit the trade council of your region. They have a list of potential traders with whom you can get in touch with. These are the most basic things every trader should do.
