The customer service/ best practices have to be done to get an extraordinary success in the market. It is achieved by the following :

1- Daily reaching out with customer to cover his  needs & requirements 

2- Participation the customer in the planning stage to know early his plans and future projects about  new products and services required

3-  Adopting after sales service program which has to be set to ensure full services to the customer after selling

4- Training program arranged to the customer staff Onshore & Offshore Training to manage and handling the deliveries of the products and systems

5- Technical support submission at the site with relevants solutions during the emergency case and overshooting

6- Creating frame services agreement with customer for the short and long term collaboration in the products and services

Based on my experience, I find it best to always get really engaged to the customer's issue like you're the one experiencing the situation. Listen to the customer carefully and respond accordingly. Make sure to know if you need to be in a enthusiastic tone or empathetic. If you need to follow a script, I suggest make it sound as unscripted as possible or use free-flow if allowed. If you can compensate, it helps for complex issues too. Ask if there's anything else you can do then thank the customer for patronizing the brand.
