As a project manager, what procedure would you utilize for an effective EOT Claim if during construction the project EMP Design was changed by Client?

Depending on the extent of the impact of these changes required by the client on the remaining period it was the period shall not affect the duration of achievement that's okay

Alternatively, if affected in the period, the client assumes that by increasing duration and expenses

EOT in general can be claimed by proving delays with reference to Client Approved Baseline/s & accurate program revisions & updates. But it is easily said than done in case of mega or complex projects with many interfaces and thousands of activities .

As far EMP projects , I have no exposure whatsoever to EMP projects.
