  1. As per experience first of all the person has to maintain in deit and avoid junk food.
  2. Count the calories of what your eating
  3. Workout is the most important role in maintaining deit.

Just by doing more excuses like road workout every morning and evening.

Hi . Thank you for inviting me to answer your question. It is individual process and you need to be more specific. But ,  basic things are  less calories income then you spend , exercise (aerobic , anaerobic) ,proper amount of sleep , proper amount of water income per day depending on your weight and good diet( 40 % protein , 30 % carbohydrates ,30 % fat) Enjoy :)
