For me it is "Google translate".
It is the quickest and the most efficient.
Sure no website will give the perfect translation; you need to evaluate the results yourself and choose the best translation according to the text in hand.

Actually, there is not yet available any perfect/ or best online translator, but Google Translator is better than the other online translators "arabic to english" and The best Programme to install on your computer is Babylon.

google translate can give you a general idea of the theme, but it is not reliable as words have different meanings depending on the context, you might not find the right meaning among the suggestions if you are not a language expert

If you are good in English I believe you can use almaany.com as Dimah said, it gives you many options on how to use a word in the targeted language with examples.
Anyway you can use English - English web like Dictionary.com to make sure that you're using the word in the right context.
