Crane safe working wind speed?

as per international standard 36 km per hour  

30 miles per second is the safe wind speed for crane operation

Safe wind speed is always different as per the load & crane configuration.

Normally it is 9.8 m/s or 35 Kmph.

 Maximum wind speed for crane operation is 25 knot

As per OSHA (USA) the wind speed limits for general lifting operations is 14 meter/ sec or 30 miles/hr. thanks,
