Who introduced shorthand writing skill?

Sir Issac Pitman. Before Sir Issac Pitman, many tried to introduce such a system but failed to do so. But Sir Issace Pitman successed in introducing Shorthand and now throughout the world people are benefitting from shorthand in their noting assignments.
