Would some worksheets of a writing skills practice improve my creative writing?

Yes, if you are willing.  As I've told you before, use your initiative and practice a lot of writing and reading to improve your writing skills. The pace of learning is all up to you.

Reading and practicing make perfect. You will have to observe how writers set out their ideas, organise their thoughts and add a twist to their style.

Observation is key in this case.

Sure , it would help , but it's not enough . In order to improve your Writings you have to read for pioneers as much as possible and try to analysis what you read , then try to imitate them style ... by the time you will have your own style as a creative writer
