What is the limiting horizontal deflection of vertical steel member?

It`s based on the code and the load case you check.If we are talking about the ECP. under the most severe load combination for portal frames (H/140)for multistory (H floor / 300) and (H building / 500)

ASCE 113 Manual had given a clear limitation about the deflection. It is height / 100 or height / 50 or height / 200 depends of usage of the strutural member. 

But I didn't found that kind of explanation and limitation in Euro code.
