CRETERIA OR STEPS INVOLVED

Identify bases for segmentation.

Determine important characteristics of each.

Evaluate potential & commercial attractiveness of each.

Select one or two segments previously identified.

Develop detailed product positioning for selected segments.

Develop a marketing mix for each selected segment
