True....showing through immediate acknowledgment that the customer is a priority is always appreciated and will lighten the disappointment of receiving a problematic product/service.
That's why I said elsewhere customer concerns are fact of the life. Excellent organisation can meet the customer expectation but not all the time. Therefore, when concern arise, the customer expects how fast we are addressing the concern.
