If I am a new user for frameworks, what is the best one you recommend ? and Why?

in my opinion codeigniter  is best for starting point. because of its lightweight , simple and well documented.

I recommend CODEIGNITER!  Light-weight, Easy to setup and Easy to learn! 

There are many types of frame works like, Worpdress, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, Moodle and many more..

All the frame works have a own advantages Wordpress, Drupal and Joomla are using for CMS and Magento is specially use for making a  E-Commerce portal. Moodle is a use for Learning Management System..

Now you have to decide which types you want to use frameworks..
