1. PVSyst - This software can be used to design and simulate both grid connected and off grid solar PV system
2. Sunny design - Can be use to design and simulated PV system grid/off grid using SMA product
3. Relux lighting design software- use for design Streetlight projects
4. Lighting Reality- use for design streetlights
I would go with SAM. It has the physical, electrical and economics with excel integration and good reports.
