The team leader must be honest with his team and encourage them to stimulate their, abilities touch and develop their talents and non-discrimination in the interaction between them only in practical excellence case and know how to celebrate with them when achieving the desired goals and contain them when there is a droop or a problem then spirit of the team will be at its peak, already achieved
