I completely agree about these points to build a team spirit with adding two additional points as :

1- High respect for the opinions and proposals and encourage the Initiatives

2- Exchange the roles in the work and tasks to feel all team members are responsible for the Success and Failure

Agree..However setting a self model is very important in the aspect of building team spirit..
