 By affording him protection and indemnity as follows :-

 firstly , protection would be before the loss occurrence , hence the insured will not be worry about the medical expenditure when he encounter any kind of disease , therefore the insurance protection brought peace of mind to the beneficiary , hence satisfaction.

Secondly indemnity , is to promptly indemnify the insured and afford him the necessary services whenever needed during the course of the insurance contract . So , the insured will be satisfied .
