Hi.. I have to update my P6 schedule by means of activity duration how do i calculate the activity weight-ages and prepare s curve. anyone Please help me urgently.

1. Create a non labour resourse with unit rate as1 INR/SAR and assigned this resourse in to all the activities.
2. Export the primavera file in xls(excel format)
3. Calculate the weightage for each activity as per your price schedule (Sales / Cost) and to avoid the minor values, total summation of weightage shall be, or,.
4. Use Vlookup formula to put the calculated in budgetted unit of respective activity id.
5. Import into Primavera, then add two columns Schedule percentage & performance percentage
6. Schedule percentage is nothing but the planned percentage as per Baseline and performance percentage is actual percentage.
*you should get the BOQ with ur resources Costs for each Activity *you should have the production rate for the labors and Non-labors resources *you should have the Report form all Projects you have and start to enter them into the program *if any Activity have lag or suspended you should Apply them in ur Update *Now press F9 Schedule And enjoy you'r result
