- Make your customer happy from you specifically, this makes customers request you not your colleagues, this rises your value in the company, reduces pressure upon you at work because the customer can be more flexible with you when he is happy, and finally when your customer likes your work, you are indirectly playing a role in company sales.

- Be more reliable in timing, appointments, work deadlines, ..etc

 

- Don't tell any thing to the customer unless you are sure. Some customer service representatives put huge fear on customers when they say "I think it is damaged" or such expressions. Save your credibility with your customer by saying only sure things.

 

- Support your colleagues in sales team, some problems with customers can not be solved logically, but can be solved totally by human relationships.- Use multiple support environments, like What's UP, Phone Calls, TeamViewer, ..etc these makes the customer feel more friendly with you.Alot of talks, this is what I have now ;)
