Excellent communiccation skills. This also includes the ability to understand customers needs and to pass tactfully useful and encouraging information to them at all times.

Empathy.. You must always put yourself in their shoes of the customer and attend to their needs in the sense of 'whatif i am the one.

I am able to easily grasp something and organize any activity creatively. Defintely quality work-Good Public Relations and being up to date.

Strong attention details- customers service skills, Excellent Interpersonal and organisational skills ,Strong management skills and Team work.
