Target setting is done based on the sales objective of the organization. Of course, it helps increasing sales when the target is realistic and ambitious for the employee following it. A set target is equivalent to a goal to achieve which helps in planning and getting direction regarding achieving the goal.

Yes if fair target, %75 from Arab companies , they set high target number , because they don't want to give high bounce.
