How can you tell your immediate supervisor / BOSS that he's way beyond the limit of his actions without offending him/her?

Example: He's giving you more assignment and tasks that is not included in the scope of your job. And he almost give every dirty jobs to you yet the credit is all his.

This calls for understanding and respect between the Employee and the employer. It has to be easy for me as an employee to confront my employer where I deemed important. If my employer gives jobs out of my work scope, I should seat him down with the copy of my contract and make him aware of the fact that , the tasks assigned are contrary to the initial agreement and try to understand why this is happening and the way forward
