Operational PRP Stand for Prerequisite Programme which  identified by the hazard analysis as essential in order to control the likelihood of introducing food safety hazards  and the contamination or proliferation of food safety hazards in the product(s) or in the processing environment

PRP stands for prerequisite Program. It is generally used in Food safety systems ISO2200 or HACCP.  It covers all plans and programs that are taken to create a safe environment in which food safety plans can be implemented.
