Successful manager is a leader who knows how to put the right staff

in the right place and achieves all goals required of it in accordance

with the schedule to work with the utmost quality ,

commitment, efficiency , honesty, credibility and activity for sure.

Good manager who can motivate his team and directs them towards goals achievement .  That is the good manager

2. Fight for your people

3. Be timely, tough and straightforward when it comes to bad news and criticism

4. Manage upwards to protect your people

5. Pay people what they are worth

6. Give clear directions and be specific

7. Challenge your people to stretch beyond their current state

8. Keep your people informed with what is happening

9. Grow your people

10. Manage behaviour through values rather than policies and procedures

Successful managers exhibit a passion for the success of their people.

Simply: The most successful managers get the right results, ethically, on time, with the right combination of people, processes and resources.

A good Manager is a person how gets into the work to get it done and encourage the team for fulfilling his job.

Successful manager shows the performance of his staff

And the success of the Director must not be commander Director

A great manager is approachable and possesses a likeable personality. Moreover, a great manager has a sense of humor about the world and themselves. They should exude a sense of energy that creates a condition where people want to be around you.

When the Manager's task are accomplished non-problematic with appropriate and adequate support by the team and the organization's objectives are in line with the manager's performance with value additions and maximum contributions- the manager is said to be a success in his position.
