Pay attention to details and keep focus in your work to avoid silly mistakes.

Those task which needs detailed attention has to done when our mind is fresh. Try to do this task when you are at office at the morning, because when you start taking difficult task during the afternoon hours your mind is already full of many issues, and its probes us to do more mistakes.

Detailed planning and deliberate execution as per the plan along with strict supervision can avoid errors. 

Have the manager or supervisor double check the final work before it is turned in, or simply do not make the mistakes.
