How high risk foods shall be avoided from contamination?

First, you must determine the type of food to properly know its proper starage - i.e Dry food must be kept in cool dry areas etc.. It will be easy also to store according to each food type. Lastly, NEVER forget to record and monitor the Manufacture and expiration date. But if you are asking for particular food types, there are no BETTER food than those are fresh/ unprocessed  because they are low in sodium/ fats and articicial preservatives.
