If using win 7 go to the Start menu and choose Devices and printers press add printer then choose add a network , wirelss or bluetooth printer after that all the printers ... See More

you can also identify manually try to uninstall current driver if its not working and re install again this is very simple solution.and try to download driver from HP pro ... See More

Try to fine out other oppertunity and move there....If he have such potential he may find and move there otherwise have to face them with patience.
