To attain the MDG goal regarding Maternal and Child Care, what are the essential terms that will enhance the attainment of this program?

• Strengthening health systems and promoting interventions focusing on policies and strategies that work, are pro-poor and cost-effective.
• Monitoring and evaluating the burden of maternal and newborn ill-health and its impact on societies and their socio-economic development.
• To make best use of scarce resources and minimize duplication in efforts to improve maternal and newborn health.
• Advocating for investment in maternal and newborn health by highlighting the social and economic benefits and by emphasizing maternal mortality as human rights and equity issue.
• Do research that focuses on improving maternal health in pregnancy and during and after childbirth

• Provide affordable reproductive health services to all women of reproductive age(which starts from the adolescent age). these services are health information, Family planning, Antenatal Care, maternal care and postnatal care.
• Increase the number of health care centers in all areas such that one health care center is able to serve a maximum of10,000 people a month with no constrains
• Provide skilled health personnel in all health care center so as to reduce the number of unskilled births

Mother take two years birth space after delivery.to return back to her normsl health e.g avoid uterine atony... and the child takes his full breast feeding which is two years..

Proper Health Promotions like Community Education

Health education for the women who have reached their reproductive age, to the pregnant mother who is in their pre and post natal period

proper diet, daily routine work care, education of mother is very must. there should be on the community level surveys and workshops with ladyhealth workers  to educate the community at risk. healthy mother is the identity of healthy nation.
