It is not a good idea to hunt for top talentoutside the co.

  • 1st past results are not gurantee for future performance even for the human capital
  • An engeneer who has been highly successful as a production manager may not be successful as a tem player in another organisation.
  • This could be due to difference in  organisational culture.
  • The subbordinates could be non cooperative as they think they have been cheated spending valuable time with the co.

Hence care should be taken before recruiting a top talent. It is better the person selected is made to work with the people he would manage for sometime so that hecan proove his worth. Based on his performance he can be promoted after1 month-6 months. He would be more acceptable.

By top talent you mean senior positions? Then, we do prefer internal promotion and in case if in-house talent is not available then we’ll go with our database and do contact head hunters.
