Can Bayt.com Specialties be a good recruiting tool for top talent?

Recruiter need good candidate for any open position . So its depend on candidate experience and matching skills which is required by the company.  

Depend on Experience and Education but byte form is your  interuduction only.

Bayt.com opens an employment potential.  However, based on my personal observation here, prospective employers using this portal have not yet come to that level of keenness to consider the answers posted in the streams.  I think it would take a long time for them to realize this because most of the Middle Eastern employers still stick to the traditional way of recruiting.

Bayt.com management should give answer of that question. Because we just consider that specialties good and helping tool for talent recruitment.

Recruiter always searches fit for the position. Specialities helps to find the right candidate for the right position.
