Sometimes, in order to achieve and exceed the sales target, sales people lose integrity. What advice would you give them?

 Don't. It's a short term fix and loss of integrity will lead to loss of respect from customers, colleague and employer. Even if , by some chance, your employer doesn't lose respect for you and values the sale, customers will always find you out and when they stop coming back to buy, as well as spreading the word, you lose your job and the potential to find a new one.

If one loses integrity he or she will lose himself,how can you produce with no resource,your integrity is your most valuable resource,manage it well.
