3. Weight of other equipment apart from hoisting equipment

4. Inexperience of Operators

The factors could considered in rigging are: Competent rigger, work permit system, method statement, Emergency procedure, Proper inspection of rigging tools that is, Slings, Wire, Shackles, Load chart of crane should be according to weight, proper inspection of area soil condition, and the control measures related falling and collapse hazards, and also 

Speaking about factors in rigging, first thing to do is safety and check your area before lifting but most of all is initiative, do things without being told.
