A 3+ years of experience in hotels of a developed country doesn't even satisfy the employers/recruiters in UAE? Why is so? What are they looking for?

the answer is simple

when you have lot of choices ,, you select the best ones

as you are looking for a new opperunity in UAE, leaving what you arready have in your country

it is as that simple

they ask for the best , specially when they have lot of CVs to pick up from

Enough for what? To be elected or promoted? Depends on your target which you put for you. For the ambitious person its quite enough if you have a right target. But also its could depends on region. Some employer from Middle east and Mena region prefer to have employee with similar experience from Mena region

Most of the times they do not even get the right person for the right place. The worst thing which I see in this country is the reference plays a major role than your experience, knowledge and qualification.
