I have applied for few jobs but not getting any revert. I think there maybe fault in my CV or the photo.
1. Suitability for the job
2. Experience
3. Languages spoken
4. Formatting, spelling and grammar (especially important for positions like admin, where writing is part of the job)
Many companies also care about things like age and nationality, and I've found that CVs with a photo get a much better callback rate.
As far as your particular case is concerned, your photo looks perfectly professional but you might want to get your grammar checked.
