Anybody applying for customer service job should understand that customer satisfaction is the primary aim of any organisation that intend to maximaize profit. He/she should be willing to go extra mile in seeing that customer satisfaction is been met. He/she should be flexible in his approach to customer as regard to their level of understanding. He/she must be good listener. He/she must be patience. He/she must be multi-tasking. Among many more.
