My understanding is swot analysis is part of strategic management.
· I think threat is very limited as the nearest free port like Dubai tax feree zone is either HONGKONG OR DUBAI thousands of miles away.
· Weakness is also limited as there is a strong Government
· Strength is the additional backing of oil and gas and the geopolitical advantage.
· Opportunity is the only happening place that is maximum4 hours away from South Asia ,West Asia and most of North Africa and Europe.
