In SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity & Threat) analysis how we can analyze that our SOP is our Strength or our weakness ?

My suggestion would be to have multiple employees take a SWOT analysis exam then trying to find trends within their combined data. For instance, if the SWOT analysis showed that these employees generally had a lack of confidence in their company's brand, it might be a good idea to modify the SOP to include more external communication with customers after a process is finished or service delivered, so employees have more insight into how valuable their company is to its' customers.
