Motivation is key to get team of associates going for acheiving numbers or reaching targets so motivation can be by pat on back , by some rewards, commissions, incentives and continous performance also leads to better position that is linked to growth of an associate. 

With proper guidance and mentoring passing knowledge and with experience of achieving people can surely drive others to success as its a team effort after all which helps in gaining success as planned.
