what is better commercial excel or quickbooks in real business?

Quickbooks is much easier to use and you are less likely to make mistakes using Quickbooks. Through personal experiences, I have found excel not to be as reliable as Quickbooks. The reason I say this is because I always found that I still had to use a calculator with excel just to confirm if it is right.

Excel spreadsheets are susceptible to fraud because it’s easy to change information and hard to keep track of who’s making the changes, whereas accounting software maintains an audit trail. 

Personally I was preferred Excel, at least he is not too much complicated, not known not by almost all the users and assures us results more and reliable

Excel is preferable even with any difficulties you might face due to the below reasons:-

- it is widely used in nearly all corporate segments so there is a common language commercially available

- Stability and friendly user interface

- the new versions now can handle huge data and apply much more analysis easily

Quickbooks no need to think twice about it, but here in jordan i think most of people likes excel more "because they are used to it and don't want to learn new things" !! not all of people but maybe80% 

Both of have different & Important  Advantages in there respective fields

ONLY COMPANY TREATMENT CAN KNOW IF THE EXCELL OR QUICK BOOKS IS BETTER

quickbook is more reliable as it tell you more quickely about any human comitted mistack during data intery. while in excell its difficult if once you committed any mistack in data intery. Being an accountan both are necessary for each other, as I export reports to the excel to draw and make them more attractive. But quickbook is more easier to use than excell.
