What are the criteria you follow to decide to change your job and apply for another?

When the growth - individual and company's- prospects become duller and expected to be dull over next few years, IMO its time to change.

If the company do not have a good welfare plan for it's staffs

I would say looking for a good leap to have better future perspective and quality life.

1- الخبره فى المجال الذى تودى الاتجاه اليه
2- الاحساس بالملل من العمل الاول وعدم الابداع فيه يودى الى الاتجاه الى شئ اخر تريدى ان تبدعى فيه وان كان لا يوجد فية ابداع فالراحه النفسية فى العمل تؤدى الى حب العمل ........
حب ما تعمل حتى تعمل ما تحب
