Job finding is a skill or tecnique in competative world. Are these skills to be taught in schools, colleges and universities?

The goal of education is to prepare students to become self sufficient, productive and  contributing members of society.

NO one teach how to successfully go about finding a job, applying for a job, building a resume and cover letter, the interview process, and understanding and negotiating employment contracts.

They should be taught in schools and universities. I took a course in my university and it was called Career Development. Taught CV/ Resume writing, job searching, interview skills, everything you need to know about job searching and how to land the job.

You dont need to teach it as a subject. What's more important is to develop the younger generations value system. Instill into them self belief which can be achieved through various exercises(mental as well as physical), develop their social skills, help them develop an individual thought process (out of the box thinking) and many more things.

The question raised by you does not have a single step answer.

If you want to get a glimpse into the daily life of a professional in your dream field and ensure you’re making the right decision, you should try job shadowing. It’s like a sneak peek into the working world without the commitment of a full-time job.
