"If the management does not fulfill its commitments, what do you think as an employee?"

La direction est obligé de respect l'engagement dans l'entreprise pour choisir une meilleure direction et meilleure relation entre les employés 

I will ask for more time or I will postpone another job and the delivery time will be a little late

اقوم بلفت الانتباه  لاعرف بطريقة او باخرى هل عدم الفاء بالالتزمات عن عمد   او لظروف خارجه اررداتهم  لاتخاذ القرار الذى يتناسب مع ظروفى  و احتياجاتى 

 

"If the management does not fulfill its commitments, what do you think as an employee?" First I need to  know if management have the capacity to fulfill their part their commitment before seeing their action to be defaulting in the agree contract. If they are capable  then i will remind them by writing to the Hr explaining what was agreed earlier and wait for their response.

 I  have also worked for an organization ere management don't keep to their own commitment which at the end a great talent left and we spent a lot to get someone  at that level which it would have been avoided jut by taking a little  action.

This result in decrease in morale, productivity and job satisfaction. I will feel devalued and start questioning my loyalty. 

It’s important for management to fulfill their commitments to maintain a positive work work environment and foster employee engagement.
