First I need to know if management have the capacity to fulfill their part their commitment before seeing their action to be defaulting in the agree contract. If they are capable then i will remind them by writing to the Hr explaining what was agreed earlier and wait for their response.
I have also worked for an organization ere management don't keep to their own commitment which at the end a great talent left and we spent a lot to get someone at that level which it would have been avoided jut by taking a little action.
This result in decrease in morale, productivity and job satisfaction. I will feel devalued and start questioning my loyalty.It’s important for management to fulfill their commitments to maintain a positive work work environment and foster employee engagement.
