We have to first admit the fact that customers are the source for you to earn the bread and butter for your family...In that case you will feel that the customers are always right.. Every individual is different and if the person is spending an amount on somthing, they are bound to show some tantrums. I believe one should not take it personally and try to handle the situation more politely and have some patience to understand the reason on why the customer is annoyed..One should pacify with the customer and give him some more attention and respect to calm him down and try and give him or her the best solution you could offer.

If a customer is annoying because his issues are not solved, you need to help him getting it solved , but if a customer is annoying just because he think he is superior over others, then you need to draw clear lines from the first meeting, do the right things, keep professional and remember that customer is not always right.

Just think about how you would feel if some salesmen or counter person considers you awkward you can never know what that "awkward person`has been through

There are different types of customers and if you know all these, you will have the proper approach to each.No matter how annoying a customer is you as a sales associate or customer representative should always be composed and should be in control of the situation. They are there for a reason And whoever walks in are always a potential buyer. So how do you handle them?Treat them as someone who could give you another experience and challenge. Think of a way how you can convert them as buying customers and not only an annoying customer and at the end of the day if you do your job, then who knows they will come back and surprise you with a big sale.

Annoying customers - usually they are that type of customers who had their issues not being solved for a very long time, being very patient and listening even if they were insulting or aggressive will actually get you a clear answer. Customers who think you have no feelings - most likely to happen for not maintaining a happy voice tone, giving short answers, not being welcoming, the point is a good rep should not reach to a point where a customer say such things.

First of all, stop thinking that you are receiving an annoying customer. You don't get happy-go-lucky customers, all the time. Listen to the customer and don't interrupt while they are speaking and suggest solutions once they are done speaking. Make them feel important, take the blame if necessary and most importantly remain calm.

He replied me ,when they insult you!

This the only reason that let you be agressive ?

And remeber Customers are always right.

To deal with akward customers you got to keep calm.Try to cool them down and reason with them in a calming manner.no matter how akward if you keep calm eventually they will cool off.I think those customers who think you have no feelings are just dealing with their own personal issues and you are the nearest scape-goat to vent their rage on.if you dont fight fire with fire eventually the anger and fire towards you will die down.
