to become solution for people lacking time for pick up, maybe these points will help:

1-      first stage: know the problem: as the staff has personal problems they may affect his work, dose the staff clearly understand the process and how to pick up, dose the staff sleep well or maybe his personality is slow in action maybe he is very cusses not to do something wrong but unfortunately he fears a lot of things that made him to be slow, does the staff has motivation if not then why, what is the staff motivation, or maybe he become slow because always he thinks he is working overload and others not

2-      second stage: understand the problems: this stage depends on first stage what kind of difficulties the staff are facing, some of them can work a lot and faster when they hear music others they need to drink coffee before working so after knowing what are the problems it will be easier to understand the difficulties and tray to put yourself on their place

3-      third stage: search for solution: after  outpoint the difficulties it’s easy to know the solution, most of the staff they work in pick up they need motivation and it depends on the solution you search for is it  affect more quality (less mistakes) or quantity (less time)

4-      fourth stage: do action: try to motivate them maybe by putting employee of the month with one day extra off well do or if you let them feel more ease on work that may help them a lot and some of the staff they need someone to keep telling them what to do

i think this may help
