Some persons are always part of the problem and others are always part of the solution. Where do you seat?

my seat is always on the side of the solutions, but I may be a problem for those who cause problems ;)

Human error is thin. I am a part of problem not always due to my Naughtiness, but I am a best solutioner. :)

Combination of both is the beauty of Organization.

I find my self the Solution

im part of both.Well im totally new in this field of work (logistics). And all transactions in Dubai has corresponding fine for every mistake. To think that i was part of6000aed fine for2mos work is really hard to bear. But im proud to say that after6mos of focus and working hard, i became part of the solutions to every problem.. by anticipating the work and suggesting ideas for better plans.

always trying to be in the part of the solution seat, but to be realistic some time i fall in the other part

if i review my career , i am definetly in the solution seat, i always think of problems as opportunities

In my opinion every problem is an opportunity to learn, contribute and  grow.

I'd rather to be  a part of problem and if I'd a problem I can create a solution a solution that leads me to solve a problem the next time I face it and I know what I'm doing.. so be confident of handling a problem as long as we live we can create a solution....

combination is both.. well no one perfect...

To say that I am always on the solution seat is a bit non-realistic or fag .. nobody is perfect ... and that is life .. you sometimes find yourself a part of a problem but your challenge is to solve it successfully and add this practice to your cumultive experience and to avoid it in the future.
