Salaries can be different across companies and also depend on how big the company is. While I agree with some of the numbers I've seen, it also depends on your CV and performance and the salary you currently have, Do not take jobs unless under certain circumstances that are lower than your current salary. If you have been in the role for 6 years and you are looking to move up in your company OR change companies within the same field you can realistically ask for a higher salary than you have now. Use averaged but also asks for what is realistic with in your growth of the role. I.e. negotiate up.
Well, this question is a bit hard to answer. First I will discuss a few possible positions that tend to be mid-level positions: For an HR Generalist or Specialist, I've seen around 11,000 AED per month-17,500, I’ve also seen around 15,000 as an average For a recruiter or HR Coordinator: Average 10,500 AED to 15,000 For most mid-level professionals I believe you can see small increases yearly or every two years before moving to the next tier of work (management, senior etc.) These are some mid-level positions which is why I told you about these. If you are in management, these numbers go much higher. It is important to search job titles when looking for salaries.
In one study I read the average amount of experience for an HR manager is around 3-6 years. Certainly if you are an HR generalist, specialist, manager (hiring, employment or other manager) requires between 3 and 6 years of experience.

Second, familiarize yourself with the main HRIS software systems. ADP, SAP, Peoplesoft etc. Get smarter with the main software, and try to know a bit before you apply.
These things should help you negotiate. Point is, it will depend on where you get hired and how big the company is, it also depends on the title.

since having been in the role of hr recruiter for 6 years i could demand for higher salary but since i have no experience in uae so i have no scope or also i'm not suppose to see for higer expectations rather i'd accept any number in that case and focus on my career experience rather than on the salary.
